Dao will fight for the resources that all residents of Queens need during the ongoing devastating Coronavirus pandemic. Queens is full of working-class neighborhoods that are underserved by hospitals and lack fresh, healthy food, thus leaving our residents with preexisting medical conditions that make them particularly vulnerable.
Dao is also taking a stand against all types of discrimination. The recent acts of discrimination against Asian-Americans during the COVID-19 outbreak are unacceptable. Dao will work to bring community leaders together throughout Queens in order to unite against all forms of discrimination and racism.
As a Chinese-American immigrant and a community activist in Queens, Dao Yin knows the struggles that our small business owners face. These small businesses and the immigrants they employ are the lifeblood of Queens and are critical to making our City function.
Dao Yin’s experience in the fields of finance and technology makes him uniquely qualified to become the next Queens Borough President.
